Got a call from these people about Royal Holidays. Said I owed maintenance fees for a time share in Mexico. I told them I was no longer in their program per contract. They were very nasty and threatend me and said they would get their money. They called in violation of my cease and desist order for collection agencies. Royal Holiday owes me $7,500 and has yet to pay. Royal Holidays Mexico and this Resort Management co are a big scam... stay away from them.

Caller wanted to speak to resident. Upon questioning - they would only say that it was a financial matter. Refused to leave any information about nature of call, claimed it was private and confidential. I identified myself as the secretary and could accept all calls and information. They still refused to leave any information. Said they would call back later.
