A probable scammer selling Samoyed puppy’s. Denver ot Greenville North Carolina. Says he is Mr. Harley or Harley James. Has Hispanic accent. Not a very social person on the phone. Tried to tell me my to be purchased shipped Samoyed puppy had to be in a temperature controlled crate as per the airline rules. The crates were to be either 1000 thousand 1500 humored or 2500 ***dred dollars. A typical scam used by pet sale scammers. Looked that up on the internet. He is refusing to give me a full refund of my deposit even though his sales info stated it was okay
