Claim to be a sweepstakes. Multiple telemarketing cold calls. I've asked to be removed from their list multiple times the last time they hang up... wtf? seems like they like to call and attempt to scam people then when you call back no one picks up and some recording tells you how to enter a sweepstakes but never gives the option to speak to a real person.
