Aparrently I was behind on my payment even though I have auto pay. He then proceeded with "then why am I calling you?" I was more than willing and able to correct the discrepancy. Everytime I would try to speak so I can get his information he would then raise his voice and interrupt me. I asked for his supervisor, Brandon Manning, who then calmy and politely settled my case. I am not satisfied with this type of service. If you are unfortunate enough to come across Peter, please call his supervisor at 18009334937 ext. 83866. Also contact the main office at
