I asked to speak with his supervisor...another man with an accent from India came on the phone and could not understand that I HAD NOT APPLIED FOR A LOAN!! I asked if he was calling from the United States and he said "Yes". Then I asked him where in the US was he calling from he said "India"!!! I could not believe that this guy actually thought that INDIA WAS PART OF THE UNITED STATES!! I told him that he need to GO BACK TO SCHOOL BECAUSE HE SURE HADN'T LEARNED HIS GEOGRAPHY!!
