This unknown number called my cell and asked for a person other than me (recording). It said press "2" if you are this person. I just hung up and saved the number as "DO NOT ANSWER" in my contacts. If they call back I will know to ignore the call.

I called this number back after they have called me several times. It shows up on my caller ID as "Local Office." The representative said they are a collection agency. They had my name but didn't have any other information of mine - like an address, etc. It really makes me curious if they are truly a collection agency or if they are trying to "collect" information about me.
