SPAM - claiming I stayed at a resort of theirs. BOT named Emily with a perky endearing voice but won't respond to direct questions, just keeps driving you to say "Yes" when she asks to xfer you to an agent. I kept asking which resort referred me. It never answered; just kept on with the "May I xfer you?" line. I never said "Yes" and it eventually ***g up.
