Scam caller

They never say exactly why they are calling. I will never shop there again. It's harassment.

Calls once a day. How the***** can I pay if I am not working? Pain in the****

Looks like they've called four times today. Last one after 8pm! I don't own one of their credit cards and I don't owe them money.

Kohls yet again!! This has to be against the law to harass anyone this much over less than $100 bill that I just haven't had time to pay for yet. No big deal KOHLS!!! I'm not trying to not pay, some of us do travel & take vaca's!! Pay u just as soon as I can get my bags unpacked!!! Good God this is crazy!!!

Thanks Web, I've had the exact same thing happen to me with this "DEPARTMENT STORE". It's like they're more worried about collecting money for a tiny bill than using their resources on the store, it's ridiculous!! Who is it I need to get in touch with & what do I need to tell them? Just the amount of my bill & how often these people aggravate me? I'd rather pay 10 late fees than be bothered with these****holes!! I've never seen anything like it!!

While we do have a Kohl's card, we've paid our bill with them. Our experience with Kohl's has been a nightmare! At first, we went through a financial hardship due to my illness. We explained this to them and were making the minimum payments that are at least required. That wasn't good enough. They would call more and more. Our cell phones have the option to direct a specific number directly to voicemail. We did this because they were calling up to 20 times a day! No joke! I counted it one day! They changed their numbers calling from numerous numbers in one day! It got ridiculous! We called the Attorney General for our state. We explained what was going on. They said that what Kohl's was doing was in fact, harrassment. Being that our debt was less than $150 they should only be calling us maybe 2 times a week! For the amount of times they were calling us, the AG's office told us the debt would need to be in the several hundreds of thousands. I mean our original credit line was only $100! The steps that we were told to take were the next time they called to verbally tell them to not to call anymore and to validate the debt. That will buy us 10 days of peace. During that 10 days, file a cease and assist with their corporate office. Meaning that they can no longer contact you by phone, everything must be done by paper.The AG's office mailed us paperwork to fill out and we turned it back in, we are just 1 family along with thousands of others who are apart of a class action law suit against Kohl's Department Store now for failure to abide by the FCC rules and regulations. Having their accounts on a auto dialer is not an excuse either! You can tell them so. Don't be afraid of them! Stand up for yourself and make them stop caling you! They won't unless you make them. I hope our experience and me posting this helps someone out there.

forgot to tell you that i didn't own kohls cards ether and no money there calling the wrong number.

i keep my phone on all sounds off i already got that call over 15 times.  told them your calling the wrong number 5 days later still calling me so im keeping my phone off
