I have received phone calls from this number countless times for many weeks now. I have never picked up the call, caller ID indicates "Wisconsin Call", I've called the number and hear, "The number you have reached has been disconnected." The automated message is as follows: "Your elligibility expires shortly, so please consider this your final notice, so please press #1 to speak with a live operator to lower your interest rates, or, press #3 to discontinue further notices." What research I've done, I've learned that attorney generals are "on to them" and have shut some of them down. My planned followup: I'm calling/contacting my attorney general's office.I hope this is of some help to others. Whomever "they" are; this is a country-wide issue.
