Robo prompt Said they were calling about a prescription renewal asked if I was _____. I said yes because I am dealing with a prescription issue with my insurance company. I usually don't answer yes because of spam calls, but it sounded legit. They asked for my birthday. I ***g up.

Stated they were doing a pharmacy PA - confirmed with *** office that this was scam and was suggested to block the number. They were wanting to collect personal information and "YES" for a voice signature. When my doctor's office contacted them they immediately ***g up on them.

When called back, the recorded voice said my name and asked to confirm by Yes or No. Then there was another question so I hung up.
