Just got this call today, they claimed the name of the company was Independent Wellness Center. Oddly enough it turned out to be a guy I graduated high school with, Brady Madden. That was a mere coincidence however. We knew each other in high school but were not close friends nor have we spoken since then. He claimed my name had been referred to him by a friend, but when prodded for information he then claimed to have no idea how he got my name, that it could have simply crossed his desk weeks ago. I then asked him point-blank if the company would require any cash up front to become involved. His response was that there was no requirement and that training was free, however you are encouraged to try their supplements to be better acquainted with the product in dealing with customers. There are some more advanced training courses that are optional and do require payment to attend as well. I have never known of a legitimate business to require money fro TRAINING. Any legitimate business I have known wants to give you all the tools they can for you to succeed at no cost to you because it is good for the company. Tried to do a web search for Independent Wellness Center and only found the location of an office in Kalamazoo, no website, and numerous fraud complaints. Bottom line: if you become involved with this organization, you are whom they make money off of, make no mistake.

Got a call from Brady today concerning a potential job and a "overview" not interview.  Since I have been looking for some part-time work in the medical field he told me all about this "company."  I have no clue how he had got my number and knew my name but said a friend must had referred me.  The only resumes or applications that i have filled out previously were for private hospitals that don't sell/share applications/resumes.  So I'm curious about how he got my number...creepy.  Anyways after researching about this company, it sounds like they convince you to buy their products with are hundreds of dollars and try to sell them yourself to others, then they hit the road and leave you high and dry with no products and your money gone.

I got a call very similar to these from a McKenzie. She offered me a job and told me that someone had given them my name as a referral. After I inquired several times what exactly the company was or what they did, she stil had no clear answers, accept that they were a "Wellness Center" on Gull road. I am definitely glad I came to this site before going in for an "interview" this weekend. If she calls again she's going to get a piece of my mind. Her number was:

Got this call from Brady..how he got my cell phone number is beyond me, but I will find out.. Ask me if I was looking for some part-time work. I'm retired and not looking.. If I was looking it would not be from unknown person asking me if I wanted to work.. that does not happen into day market.. I deleted the call from the phone and number..

They called me but the guys name was Steve. He did tell me where he worked and gave me a address and everything even set sup a meeting. Thought I would get on and Google the place to see where it is at find this instead. thanks for all the insight everyone!!

Called by this company at my home number about part time job. I never give out my home number and had never heard about the company. Offered vague job details and asked if I wanted to write down directions. I told him I'd just look it up online. He said it wouldn't be on there so he would email them to me. I looked in the phone book and they weren't in there and all I could find online were complaints about them!

Placing "PART TIME CASH" stickers on my car. UNACCEPTABLE! I deal with it every other day.

It looks like someone was sick of this crap. I was on my way to "interview" and the was "SCAM" spray painted all over this place. Good for that.

I got a call yesterday on my cell from a guy named Brady. I would like to know how he got my cell phone # as I am very careful only not to give out my phone number to anyone. I would love to meet this Brady to tell him what I think of him. Does anyone know where this is located? Can we stop these phone calls?

I just got that call a little bit ago! They called my boyfriends number. I am looking for a job so they asked for me. I didn't get any information. They set up an appointment. I am not going in. You sell anti-aging cream!! wtf. It's pretty bad we have a horrible economy and there are people like that!

dude... Brady is the s**t. I met him the other day at the wellness center and i wont lie,I was pretty skeptical before i went into the overview deal, but he was straight up honest with me and answered all my questions. I googled this number because before i went in my family googled it and told me not to go but... me and my mom went.its all good. he actually did get my number from my friend from high school.  I havent talked to that kid in like 4 years but he thought i might want to make some extra money so... tu-shay

This is a company called Symmetry Direct.I was duped into going to a "company overview" that they called an "interview" at the time. They ushered me into this room that was set up like a conference center, had me watch a bunch of videos on aging, and then started in on their vitamins that are super expensive. They have this god juice called "genesis" that is expensive as hell and has aloe vera in it, which isn't good for your system. Anyway, I went, they wanted me to drop upwards of $600 on the spot, and to sign up for a weekend trip to Chicago for their "training seminar." I politely told them to take a hike. It's not worth it. I don't like that they call and pretend that it's a job though. That's borderline on fraud.

Brady called and asked if I was interested in part time work (which I am not). I have no idea how he got a hold of my NEW cell phone number. I have only had it for two weeks and have not given it out to ANYONE!!!! The only company that should have the number is my cell phone company. Do you think they sold it? Hmmmm...

I recieved a phone call from the same company, only the caller was a man names Scott. His number is 269-978-6877. He wanted me to come in for a "company overview", but luckily I read up on it before I went. Did anyone else get a similar call?

Thank you so much for the information. I got a call on Tuesday from this Brady guy and he asked me if I wanted to come in for an interview today for a part time job. I was getting ready this morning and decided to check up on them and then I found this. I never remembered putting in an app. for this! I'm so glad I didn't waste my time going down there. My whole family thought it was fishy and they were right. Thanks again!

there calling from a 978 number as well, location is the same. Alyssa would not give me any information on the phone on how they got my name or what the company does.

I also received a call from this number regarding a part time job. I bother calling him back and have no idea where he got my cell phone number from.

A man named Alex just called me from there asking me if I still had room for employment. I am a two time felon and I'm sure know one would hire me even with my resume being full of great construction and matenience refrences. He said that he wanted me to train others, but failed to describe what exactly.I know my resume is not in the public and with my criminal history I don't see why I was called. I googled-(wellness cener kalamazoo) And found this site. I am completly sure something is fishy. If they have called me they will call you,esspecially if they found my # out of all people.

Offered me a job but was reulctuant to give me any information as to how she heard about me. I demanded address, phone number, company name and after about 5 minutes of arguing she gave them to me. I googled, and called her back and told her i knew it was a scam. She said "sorry, you're loosing out on a great oppourtunity".

It's bogus.It's "Kalamazoo Cooperative Wellness Center" also called Symmetry Direct. Running some employment scam.And the guy was Brady, not Grady.....

Put it isn't well known. It's called Symmetry Direct and it's a scam operation. They have no work, and no jobs, and they want YOU to invest in their pyramid scheme!

Asked me if I was still interested in part time work for a company they never mentioned. This is a scam, there is no company!

"Part time work" "Referred by a friend" Didn't mention the name of the company or the name of the friend who referred me. This is someone trying to scam people for their personal information.

"We're calling you to see if you are interested in part time work. We were referred to you by a friend."Did not say the name of the company or the supposed friend who referred me. This is probably the same people who called me a few months ago called Westmac asking if I was interested in part or full time work. These people are trying to scam you to get your personal information!

This is Symmetry Direct calling to see if you are interested in joining their pyramid scheme.They will call with a "we're calling to see if you are looking for full or part time work/employment" and then invite you to a job interview which is really a 3 hour long brain washing session.Used to be called Westmac, now going by Kalamazoo CoOperative Wellness Center.
