Constant calls, (last 2 digits of phone no. vary) caller hangs up immediately. 5 calls yesterday, 6 calls today.

I go to WMU and got a call from this number with no message and no answer.  hmm.

called me have no idea who it is

I get these calls nearly every day.  When it goes to VM, no message.  CID says Western Michigan, it is Western Michigan University.  When I answer there is only background talking and/or giggling, etc.  So I don't even have the chance to ask them to stop calling.  I clicked the 'Contact Us' link at the WMU website with a long explanation and request to remove me from their caller list.  They have been calling regularly for a couple of years now and the calls do not stop.

My daughter attends WMU and my neighbor rec'd a call yesterday from someone looking for me or my husband. I had listed my neighbor as an emergency contact so imagine my concern when I no one will answer my calls to 269-387-8739. First thing I did was call my daughter to make sure she was OK. Does anyone have any further info about what this number is about?

This is Western Michigan University calling trying to solicit money. They have called multiple times. I promise to donate the same amount that they gave me back when I was a student...as well as when my kids went to school there... ZERO!!!

I've received several calls from 269-387-8739 but have never picked the calls up nor have they left a message.  Sept-Oct 2010

The 269-387-0832 calls my cell phone all the time.  They don't leave messages and do not answer if I call back.  I did get a call from Western Michigan asking for donations a while back but not sure if it was the same number.  I didn't even go to WM.

387 numbers are usually Western Michigan University numbers. It's probably just the alumni association seeking donations

Oh my goodness! So Western Michigan University has been harassing me? They have called multiple times a day and never leave a message. They have been told to NOT call my cell phone as it is a private number and has not been provided to them for use. So as a cell phone user, I am actually PAYING and using my minutes for them to harass me...nice. As an alumni I would have thought better of them!

i've gotten calls from 269 387 8726, 269 387 8732, 269 387 8735... i am thinking it is WMU calling for donations, but that is a guess, i havent heard from them in a while and maybe because its tax time they figure people will have some extra money.
