The pre-recorded message states that they want to update you Google 411 account press 1 to speak to a rep. Press 1 and a person comes on asks for your name, I state take me off the list, they **** up. I call back and get another pre-recorded message saying if you wish to be placed on our do not call list please press 1. I press 1 and it apologizes for any inconvenience and to please allow 24 hours to take effect. I have been repeatedly getting off of their list for more than 4 months!!! I hope they realize calling a cell phone with a robocaller is a***nst federal law, check out the TCPA from 1991 or so! I can't figure out who the business is either they never really state a name, which I am sure is illegal as well! I wish I could stop this without c****ing my phone number!!!
