The robo-dialer said "We've been trying to reach you regarding a lowering of your Visa or MasterCard interest rate." When I opted to speak to a live person, I was told they were calling from 'Visa or MasterCard' and wanted to lower my interest rates on ALL such cards to between 0 and 5%. I told the agent to remove me from their lists and hung up.
