I have a debt with this company and have paid (they contacted me orginally by mail) every month. The have call peridically a couple of times with not reason given. I am now ready to pay the balance off and i can't get them to contact me to to give me a payoff. I have called and the message says that it is after business hours to leave a message and someone will get back to you within 24 business hours. Well i am beyond 24 business hours on both phone calls and now can't even get a response via email. I am going to stop send ing checks and then we will see what i get.A**holes.

i have been receiving an automated call saying to call this number all the time. sometimes early in the morning or late at night. i have tried calling it and don't even get through most of the time. i tried calling to tell them to quit calling my number. it is so annoying, they say it is an important matter but won't get a human to call for them.
