Bullying attempt through empty threats and intimidation to get you to call back. They'll cease for a few months when not contacted back, then start all over again. It's bs. Also robo caller.

Called from a local number, but left this number. Found Asian symbols when searching the original number. Apparently, "I have been notified." Whatever that means? Incomplete msg. Highly likely to be a SCAM! Apparently others have received a recent uptick in calls from this very number as well!
