They called my ex in North Carolina looking for me. Told me I had a complaint against me for trying to defraud a financial institution in Oklahoma. I haven't lived in Oklahoma in 12 years and I've never had an account with Bank of America. They then told me that I had my ex listed as a reference, but my ex just moved to North Carolina three years ago. So, I suppose we owe money to someone from the state I haven't lived in in 12 years, and put down someone as a reference that I also didn't know at the time and then gave them a phone number for that person that they didn't even have at the time?!

Calls and threatens to come to your place of employment or home to serve you. After reading other complaints it seems everyone owes the same amount and has the same case number. Total fraud! Do not give them any info.
