What happened, did they ever serve you with papers? I keep getting calls from a private number, he calls himself Al/Alex Travey or Ravey, can't understand him. First message said some papers came across his desk with my name and SS# on it and that he would be coming out to serve with a letter of intent, the gave me a # 877-495-8942 and a Claim#, but that if I dont handle it, he will be seeing me on Dec 2 between 12-5 and that I need to be there and have my ID(*** what process server tells you when they are coming or to have your ID), my job, then he also said place of residence. I called the #, and some one named Jessica answered the phone, thats all she said was hi this is Jessica, well if this was a law office or any other type of business that is not how they answer phones. So I ***g up. This guy Al called the next 2 days. Dec 2nd came and he did not show up. Got a call today 12/3, from him, saying his schedule was full and that he couldn't get get to me, but he would be out to my job ASAP, then gave me the same 877# to call, this time with no claim#. The scary thing is, is that this man sounds legit(does not talk with an accent, like most of these scammers) but by the way he was threatening and the words he used, just didn't sound right. Like I said before, what process server do you know is gonna tell you when they are coming. Has anyone else experienced this?
