This was an automated reminder for my scheduled doctor's appointment the next day with a local doctor. What I really loved about this system was the fact that it offered an option to cancel the appointment by pressing the number 4. I had forgotten about the appointment; so I pressed 4. Then I was instructed to press 4 again to confirm the cancellation. I pressed 4 again, and the recording then advised me to call during regular office hours to reschedule. What a great system!
