This was my Great Great Grandmother born September 25, 1877. My Great Grandmother Louise Hess married Albert Robert Hess February 1900. The Capital of Charleston The State bought the property via Immidoment Domain in 1965 from my Grandmother Gertrude L. Angelo who was the daughter of Louise Hess, her son name was Percy Elbert Hess. All of these relatives are deceased. I am looking for Seperation papers of my Great Grandparent's. Their address was 224 Onley Street, Charleston, West ******ia. It was 2 block from the capital of Charleston, West ******ia by the rail road tracks. The employees would park where we lived and my Dad would have their cars towed. He was not happy, with them always blocking our drive way. The street eas a dead end Street. Can you advise me on this search for records from Febuary 1900 to June 30, 1909. Thank you.
