These people called our business multiple times and were politely asked to stop calling our business and remove us from their list. They refused and continually called, and at one point our assistant manager was rude back to them and hung up on them. They apparently had called back again immediately and I had answered the phone and the individual at this call center had repeatedly cussed at me calling me a f***ing idiot three times as I had asked him who he was and did he have a problem with our business in any manner. Not knowing who he was as he hung up on me and I found that he had called just minutes earlier and was hung up on by my assistant, he had apparently thought that he was speaking to the same person who answered the first phone call. If anyone has any knowledge as to who these individuals are that are calling, that would be greatly appreciated as I do not feel that they conduct themselves in a very professional manner.
