They said they were a federal investigator look for my deceased stepdad saying he is a person of interest in a federal case.
Steve from Thrive360 here. Are you open to discuss about our vetted buyers and sellers for scheduled appointments and live transfers for zero referral fee? Would you be interested?
said they were a realtor interested in showing my home.
Don't add anyone from south Korea who say they are celebrities. Scammers don't get what they want. Most are singers, actors, computer programmers. They ask for apple or steam cards, or pay their management up to $5000 to fly them here to meet in person. They will pay you compliments tell you they love you. Don't believe them, block and delete them ASAP!!!!
This is actually a Wyoming number****ociated with a scammer in South Korea. They ask for $3500 to meet them.
Same overseas (India accents) scam telemarketer gang, this call claimed to be with Medicare & said my card was expired & they would mail new one only if I gave info such as name, address, old card # and doctor. No one here is even old enough for Medicare.
Claims to be a reminder to set up an annual appointment with a doctor. I hope this is an authentic call. Otherwise my Dr's office will be reminded that my phone number is private and personal. NO ONE else should be receiving my number from them.
Telling me they would help me c****e my medicare & told me they weren't c****ing my plan at this time etc. Told them they were scammers & wouldn't be able to c****e my plan anyway. They ***g up after I s****ed to swear at them!!!
Caller claims to be from SSA and asked for confirmation of social security number and other personal info. Claimed that my social security number was stolen and wanted mine to verify.
Call did not say who they were with. Just "all of our agents are busy."
This person posted on craigslist pretending to be someone looking for workers for a big demo job paying up to 200 a day for 3 weeks. The job required you to have worker liability insurance which costed about 20 dollars and had to be paid for and filed out and completed before starting work. He is scamming people for 20 dollars telling people this job scenario making you pay for insurance. He says you can purchase from an outside insurance company on your own or through his own company for the 20 dollars. When looking the insurance up its common to require it and it is anywhere from 20-50 dollars so getting it through his company seems fair. So he is scamming people through a fake job posting getting 20 dollars from people who need work to make money. Please watch out. In charlotte local which was the job posts location but later found he made others in areas of the united states too like Philadelphia. Please be careful using craigslist for job searching there are many scams.
This was a scam call. Caller used neighbor s****ing then attempted to get me to say the word "yes" (several attempts made). Caller refused to identify herself and sounded ****ese. I then terminated the call.
This number is being used by a scammer****ociated with a job post on Indeed for Compliance Medical Services. The Compliance Medical Services headquarters was contacted which confirmed it to be a scam. Authorities were notified of the activity.
Tried to call this number back - I got a recorded message about contacting an agent directly and that all current agents were busy and then the line went dead ... I think it's a scam.
