Looks like an Asian Translator who made the call while there is another English speaking person behind the call in conference mode. Kind of doubt the legitimacy and validity about what they are trying to do collaboratively.

Likely scam. Left a voicemail.. Claimed to be from some collection office with a complaint a***nst a relative. Disclosed info they shouldn't have been talking about, except with the alleged debtor. Don't add anyone from south Korea who say they are celebrities. Scammers don't get what they want. Most are singers,actors,computer programmers. They ask for apple or steam cards, or pay their management up to $5000 to fly them here to meet in person. They will pay you compliments tell you they love you. Same overseas (India) scam telemarketer ID theft group, this call claimed to be w/ US Healthcare Division saying my old Medicare card was expired & then wanted me to “verify” my acct. info so they could send me a new one. No one here is even old enough for Medicare but they keep trying to steal personal info.
