I have been getting a lot of random calls lately, including from this one (I don't answer). I decided to call this one back and it was noisy in the background, Indian man. I really don't know what he said, but I asked for him to put me on a no call list and he said something again, and I again asked to not be called, and he paused for a sec, then just said "goodbye" and hung up...
