You have to press the specific number three times to get through the recorded messages, just to get a voicemail message that says all agents are busy, you have to go online to find out what the call is for. When you go online, enter your phone number, it wont let you go to any other page until you confirm your social security number. Standard tactics for getting info they dont already have, mixed with the new tactic of there is NO way to talk to someone , even to tell them to stop calling because they are getting you in trouble at work. The website doesn’t even list a state they are operating in, but i have a Florida number, am a resident of Iowa, and just happen to be working in Wyoming now, and aurprise, they called me on a s****ed Wyoming number
