Didn't answer because my phone identified it as spam.

Male, said state trooper and the asked how my day was. I don't talk to cops or scammers.

Claims to be the fundraising Center raising funds for the Police****ociation. Try to upsell me on the amount of my donation. Acted very weird. Ask me more than once to give my home address. Basically that I had a warrant out for tax evasion and needed to contact the DOJ

They ask you to donate to the police. You know the police force we already fund. Calls weekly, clearly lives off this scam. Same guy everytime.
