I just got up on three times! The woman was extremely rude to me and would not let me speak to a manager. Does anyone know of the name of this company? I'd like to take further action.

Some lady called on my cell phone claiming that I was entered by my bank or credit card to be submitted into a drawing to win a bunch of prizes. I told her politely that I was not interested and she ***g up on me! I'm tempted to call back and talk to their manager to get me off of the calling list.

they call me several times, so I finally answer and they ask for someone else, i told them to remove my phone # 3 from their list, this guy s****ed to tell me that i was a winner, and I told them a***n to remove me from their list, he told me that if i could not undertand in english he would have someone else in any lenguage to explain to me, he asked me if i speak spanish, french, russian, cantonese or what and he will have someone to explain to me a***n that i was a winner, i **** up, they called me several times after that and I CANNOT GET RID OF THEM!!

The lady called and said she was from califronia and began to discus the weather. Then she said my credit card company entered me into this sweepstakes to win 25k she just needed to verify my address. I asked her which CC company and she said visa or mastercard. I told her I have both so which one was it. She said it was one of them but didn't know which one and wanted to verify my address. I asked her is any money involved in this. She said did I ask you for any money and ***g up on me.

Received call from a lady claiming that she received my information form credit card company and I could possibly win prizes. One was for $25,000 by the end of year.  She confirmed my address asked me how the weather was and then ***g up. I tried to call back and the line stayed busy.  Now the number just rings.  I know that this is some type of scam.  There is another # they call from 310-370-9593.

I called back and said is this Publishs Clearing House She ask who was this I said the winner and I want my money. She said I had wrong number. I said is this a boiler room. I have been getting calls from this number and I would like for it to stop. When I try calling them back it gives a busy signal.

This number called me, it was a lady she told me i was in a drawing. She asked me to confirm my adress and i told her it was right. Then she asked me my age and i told her i was 18. She got all huffy and ***g up on me.

This number calledd me but i missed it then i called back and they ***g up in a panic then i called a***n and they said they didnt call and i go tthe wrong number...

This, it seems, has been going on for an extremely long time.  I just got this call, with all the same sweepstakes sweet-talk.  They read my address to me and then requested that I answer three additional questions.  The extremely s*****, overly casual caller, Taylor, asked "how young" I am, to which I replied that I wished to give out no additional demographic information.  She asked what that was, and I stated that I didn't want to give out any information that could be used for advertising or marketing.  In her unbelievably cheery voice, she replied with so****ing to the effect of, "This isn't for advertising, and if you'd been listening to what I was saying, you'd know that."  Click.

I just got a call from 310-370-9238 - I went through the whole business and ordered a magazine and will get six others free - was also entered in a drawing that will be awarded on Jan. 2nd - will be notified by registered mail. Should have ***g up and don't know why I didn't.

Have you been receiving unwanted calls from telemarketers after telling them to take you off their call lists?I have. Similar call scenario from 310-370-9238.  I contacted the Federal Trade Commission and reported the incident.  She stated that if they get enough complaints the company will be investigated.

They call all the time but wont leave a message. The day I decided to answer the incoming call, they were saying so****ing and I kept asking what they were saying. They then s****ed yelling at me and ***g up. They are still calling.

A woman called me and said I was a finalist in a drawing my credit card company enrolled me in.  Said I would receive a diamond watch within a week for being a finalist.  She asked my address, which she already had, asked my name and whether or not I was married.  Sounds like a scam to me and I wish I did not confirm my address.

she calls and says your in a drawing for prizes.. they already have your address.. but the only information she asks for is your age, and if your single or married. i'm not sure if it was a scam or not but the chicks supervisor called me almost 5 minutes after i got off the phone with this chick. my phone cut out on her and she hasnt called back but i have no idea.

i'm in the same boat as everyone here except that i get the same calls from different numbers.  i've been getting these calls since the beginning of 2009.  not sure how to stop this calls, but for now i'm going to give them wrong information just to ***** around with them.

I had the very same experience. She had my EXACT DETAILS!! I didn't know what to say! She said so****ing about being entered into 'sweepstakes'. When I call the number back; it keeps ringing busy!

It's a scam.  A lady called me on my cell phone (I have no idea how she got the number) and asked for me by name.  She stated my name had been entered into a drawing and listed a ton of prizes.  She then stated that winners would be notified by registered mail and needed to verify my address.  I then asked how my name got entered into this drawing.  She said it was National Bank as well as credit card companies, for their preferred customers.  I said I wasn't interested and she just ***g up on me.

I have been getting calls from this number.. I never pick up, but they never leave a message..  I have been getting a call every other day for about a month now.. What is up with this number and this lady....
