Received a message that was half cut off so I didn't know what company it was calling. The part of the message referred to a payment account and said to press 1 to enter account information. Then the message ended. When I tried to call the number it was just a busy tone.

This person said they are doing an update on our copiers. This call wasn't coming from our regular copier company. Since I'm aware of these copier/toner scams, I pretended as if I was transferring him to someone who knows all the information on the copiers (which is me), but transferred him to a phone line we don't use. Don't fall for it. It is a scam and you will be hit with an outrageous bill.
