I got a very disturbing call from your service, saying that " I am watching you, I am watching you and your wife, I will be watching you tonight", my number is 778-996-8380, it was sunday sometime. It is a harrassment call punishable by Police/court. It is NOT funny or cute, and could be responsible for someone's death if they are not aware of the cruel intentions of the bully and his inane sense of "humour". I am surprised that Apple would support this sick ,teasing app. They should be fined or something.

There is an ap you can download for iphone that allows you to disguise your voice when you call people. So the people dont know who you are, this number comes up on their caller ID. So, more than likely, if you get a call from this number it's probably just one of your iphone owning friends trying to be funny.
