Met on a dating app. Claims to be in the military. He is trying to scam people. He wanted to see pictures of my child and we never met in person!

This number was used by a man who scammed my mother out of home rentals. Do not trust the individual. Possible name attached is "Kevin Castello"

Got the same message all of you ahead of me have reported: I'm a finalist for a Ford Explorer or Navigator and I need to call Sam Key back. I****umed it was a scam and decided to Google it just out of curiosity and am not surprised to find out that I didn't really win anything. Ha ha! I don't have caller ID on the phone line it came in on so don't know what number they called from.

Same here!  Caller ID number and number Sam Key left where different.  Never left a Company name.  Watch out!!

That same joker - Sam Key - left the exact message about being a finalist for an Explorer or Navigator last night.

JUST GOT A CALL SAYING I WAS A FINALIST FOR A FORD EXPLORER OR NAVIGATOR. SAID TO CALL SAM KEYS BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AT 877 556 7527. I DON'T REMEMBER ENTERING ANY SUCH CONTEST. DID NOT CALL HIM BACK AND I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST SO I SHOULD'NT BE GETTING ANY OF THESE CALLS!!!!!!!!

P***nix, AZ.  8/28/08. Call me the Village Idiot, but I called “Sam” back to see what this was all about.  “Sam” was conveniently on a “management conference call” so I spoke with his****istant “Ted” instead.  “Ted” said that I’m a “guaranteed winner” of one of the four prizes: 1. Lincoln Navigator/Ford Explorer, 2. $2,500 cashiers check, 3. round-trip ticket, or 4. 32” tv.  All I had to do was attend a 90 minute seminar in Gilbert, AZ 6pm on 8/29/08 at some random address.  The seminar is being given by “Star Club” an “entertainment and travel company.”  But, don’t bother looking them up on the internet, because “Ted” says their website is “still under construction.”  He informed me that “you can’t just build a website overnight you know.”  Oh yes, Ted also told me that I need to bring either a passport, credit card or check book for ID.  Gee, maybe I should make it easier on them and just give them my cash.  I wish someone could figure out a way to scam the scammer…

I live in Western North Carolina and received a call today from 1-866-598-3512 Ext. 4786 and said his/her name was Sam Key and that it is imperative that we call back.  We were a finalist in a sweepstakes for a Ford Explorer.  I called the number back to be taken off of the list and the first time I was ***g up on.  The second time a guy answered, was very rude when I asked to be taken off the list, s****ing asking for alot of personal information.  I refused, then he said, "Don't enter any more sweepstakes, they are just a scam anyway" and ***g up the phone. I have reported this to the phone company, the do not call list, and now the police department.

Got a call from "Sam Key" saying that we were picked as finalists to win a Lincoln Navigator or Ford Explorer.  He said that it is imperative that we call him immediately.  We are not planning on responding to the call.  Sounds like a scam.  The number that we were supposed to call back was 1-866-598-3512, ext. 4786.

These people call me several times.  I won a car.  The same s***l, the same place to go to in Ft. Lauderdale, FL  and so on.  They call from several numbers, and mostly based out of Chicago IL.  I can not get them to stop. I hope you can

just got a call that I won 1 of 4 prizes and would have to come in and scratch off a ticket to see what it would be. Jason Leigh was very rude when I told him I thought this was a scam and he said he was going to give my prize away when I told him I was going to research the company.  I asked him for some data on the company and he didn't have any.  He said the website is under constuction and the company is called STAR.  He told me to show up tomorrow with my passport, photo ID, and major credit card.  Ummmm...no thanks!  Don't be fooled.  I told him I could tell he was a scammer simply by the rude way he was talking to me.
