I was receiving calls from this number for weeks and weeks, at least once and sometimes more times per day. I've learned not to answer such calls as they are usually scammers or sleazy telemarketers. Finally, in a rare spontaneous bout of frustration and curiosity I answered the phone & the caller asked for me by name. I asked who was calling and they said they were calling with a customer satisfaction survey from Key Bank. Maybe it was a coincidence, but I am indeed a customer of Keybank. I told the young woman on the line that I am sorry, but I no longer respond to telephone surveys, and she said in a friendly tone, OK, that's fine, thanks anyway, have a nice evening".
