There has to be a common denomiator somewhere here. Could it be a phone company's way to get you to pay for [Call Block Service}? I wouldn't put it past any of them, especially AT&T. Best thing to do is report them locally and at the Oswego, NY Police Departments.

This was a college finding site that my parents signed me up for when i was looking at grants and scholarship money. They called and tried to find a college or something for me. This of course was after calling 6 times in a 4 hour period while i was at work and when not saying anything after i picked up the phone about 3 times.

these people started calling me today 7/27/10 about 7 times beteen 7am and 7pm. I finally answered and they hung up. When I called back I got a message saying 'this is customer service. Just started getting this call today 12-4-08. I also called the number back and left a message asking them to remove my number. They called at 9:46 a.m & then again at 12:47 p.m. I have registered my number on the do not call list and it seems ever since I did that I've been getting triple the calls. I intend to file a complaint with the FCC as well.
