I recieved a call from ***d also. He said that he had a very important matter at hand to speak to me about. He said that if he didn't hear from me or my attorney I would be facing criminal charges. He called my work phone and my personal cell phone. I used to get these calls alot, now they are only every once in a while but they are very irriatating to say the least.

That is always a civil matter - he mentioned money laundering and I doubt he even knows the definition of it. I called the NY Southern District Attorneys office and they stated it was a scare tactic.
