1) The guy has a thick and almost incomprehensible Indian accent 2) All that I can gather is that he wants to install a Key Logger in your computer - for iden***y theft What I find insulting is that he thinks American computer users are that ignorant.

Did you get a text or call from (315) 557-6504? Please share as much information as you can about (315) 557-6504 so other users Jimmy 2 May 2013 They called. When I answered it was someone with a barely understandable accent wanting me to search my computer for errors and warnings in my event viewer "They have been receiving a report that my computer was sending them malicious emails and files". This guy claimed to be working for Microsoft. I went along to see how this would play out. After sear****g around in event viewer, he then wanted to transfer me over to his "Senior Technician". This other guy comes on the line with a more understandable accent and wants me to type in a web address in the run command box. This is where I put on the ***kes. I asked him "Steve" why do I need to type in this address. He say's, so I can show you where the files are we a looking for. He wanted remote access to my PC. I told him, I wasn't going to give him remote access to my PC. He could tell me specifically what files he was looking for and their location and I will look for them myself. Well anyway, Steve ***g up on me after I told him I was a Computer Technician. Hmmm.... You think they were trying to scam me? Reply ! can benefit from your comment.
