This person or company are scammers that hack into your computer & offer to fix it. Once you’ve paid the original service fee they call you back about 1-2 months later to say that they have to refund your money because they’re going out of business. Then they “use” an international bank in London to credit your account. If you get “credited” more than they’re supposed to pay, they then want you to go to a store & get department store gift cards & send those to them. If you refuse to do that, then they act as though they’ve emptied your bank account & get on your computer’s camera to show you that they’re watching you. Very scary!!!
