Calls at 5pm every day. I do not answer the phone because I do not recognize the number. Caller does not leave a message.

They call me 6-8 times a day, and I keep telling them NOT to call, today I have a family emergency happening, and told this "mike" fellow to stop calling me, I do NOT want what they are selling or giving away! He told me He would just call me again tomorrow and everyday after until I listen to his pitch. I called back to complain to a supervisor for the rudeness and harrasement, but only got "Mike" who said He wasn't transfering my "explicit" call to anyone. Anyone know how to DEAL legally with these people? I'm about to have a melt down!
