Someone from this number has been texting that they will send money to my business as they want to purchase a custom swing set. They keep insisting for the build to start at an address they have sent, 20225 Clark St., Woodland Hills, CA 91367. This property is currently for sale and they are still accepting offers as of February 11, 2024. . Owners of Clark St., property live in the area and are not looking to purchase a swing set. They also keep texting that they will send a check so that I can go pay the on site electrician at Clark St., property. I have nothing to do with this property, I have querried via texts regarding who they are, have asked for an actual phone call to talk in person and they refuse to. These individuals are definitely attempting to run a scam so just be aware.
