This property is currently for sale and they are still accepting offers as of February 11, 2024. . Owners of Clark St., property live in the area and are not looking to purchase a swing set. They also keep texting that they will send a check so that I can go pay the on site electrician at Clark St., property. I have nothing to do with this property, I have querried via texts regarding who they are, have asked for an actual phone call to talk in person and they refuse to. These individuals are definitely attempting to run a scam so just be aware.
