Calls and does not leave message.

Keeps calling my cell. I don't know how they got my cell number. I've received similar calls from an 800 number that claims to be GMAC debt collections. After conducting google searching I've made the connection between 319.433.1442 and the 800 number that calls me. I called the number back and they wanted my account info. I asked them for their name and department so that I could verify their legitimacy but they wouldn't provide me with their information. Nor did I provide them with mine.

Keeps calling my cell but won't leave messages and I don't answer or return calls from numbers I don't know!

We received a call from this number on our new phone number - I called back the number and the message started like this "thank you for calling Loan Service, for payment....." and it went on with the menu of options. I am sure that this is a scam, stay away from it, don't give information. No reputable company will start a message that way. It is a waste of time to answer those calls, if you can block that number. Good luck!

this number is an auto dialer from GMACmortgagae trying to collect late bills maybe you should answer it?

We have been receiving calls day and night from 319-433-1442 (Loan Servicing). I just called and it is definitely a debt collection agency for GMAC Mortgage. No one at our number has a mortgage with GMAC. They promised it was their error (no kidding) and it will take 48 hours to get our number out of their automated system of calling us.

Keep calling at all hours and weekends also

Calling at least 4+ times per day, starting at 8:01am sharp!!

My cell is on the Do Not Call List. This number comes up on the missed call list.

receive call almost every evening - asks for another name and states to reply if I am that person and then to state if I do not want to be called again - still receive calls after doing that- caller ID shows "loan servicing" - I have no outstanding loans

Missed a call and they left no voicemail. I called back and was asked to enter my loan number. ???

Warranty is about to expire.

I have never done any business with these people. I have asked at least three times for them to remove me from their call list, and the very next day I receive yet another call. Its making me crazy!!

why do you keep calling me I dunno who you are

Even though I have never missed a payment with GMAC Mortgage, when I haven't sent the payment on the 1st I get from 2 to 3 calls a day to collect the money. I ahve NEVER been late as far as receiving the money after the 15th of the month which it is still within the grace period. The truth is that this is my smallest loan on any mortgage I have ever owned. These calls are very annoying. I am thinking to refinance because this company seems to be en real need for cash. GMAC MORTGAGE , the most annoying mortgage company.

They keep calling and don't say anything. I don't have any outstanding loans. they call too much, my next complaint is to the police.

I received a call from this number. No message was left. My phone was on Do Not Call list.

They call every day and twice some days.

says they are GMAC. They call at least twice a day on my cell phone - always automated - no real person. Called GMAC directly. I gave them the name of the person the caller is looking for, and they can't or won't try to find him. Who are you Wendell Phillips? In the meatime costing me real money.

I do not have a account with your company ,I call and talk several times to different employees about this, they said your number, is removed but you guys keep calling I have made a police report regarding this so hopefully your company stops calling my number (586)524-9314 Salam youkhna

GMAC MORTGAGE

They call 5 times a day. The voicemail left is a series of beeps and that is it.

They keep calling and when i say hello they hang up! Don't know how this is...very annoying!

I called the number on the caller ID and spoke to a very nice woman who said she would have my number removed from their data base as I'm not the person they are looking for. Hope it works. I don't think I would EVER get a GMAC loan if this is how they act. Thank GOD for my Credit Union!

GMAC keeps calling me and I have no loans through them.

if I have something due it is less than 13 days late - my phone rings 2+ times a day. Last night even at 9:22 pm!!!

I called GMAC to see who was calling from this number because the recording on the other end was asking for the last 4 of my social. I never give that out over the phone to someone that has called me because it could be fraudulent. Anyways, the call was from a 3rd party company related to GMAC that offers Legal and Credit Protection services for being a valued GMAC customer. I already both of those through other companies and opted out of their offer plus added my number to the Do Not Call registry. Hopefully that will put a stop to the calls. I was getting the calls 2-3 times per day on my cell phone and half the time the call would disconnect upon answering. I've never been late, but that isn't why they were calling anyways. All companies seem to sell your number one way or another, no harm done just a bit annoyed but it's taken care of at least in my situation. Good luck to the rest of you and possibly you can stop the annoying calls by doing the same as I have done. Might take more time out of your day, but at least you won't get the annoying calls any longer!

This is a department of GMAC and is a collection attempt. I have received numerous calls from this number and they have the wrong person. I have never done buisiness with them (and never will). For 18 months I have asked that my number be removed and a note be placed on this account that MY number is not the correct number. It does not work.

This is GMAC.  They call every day to harrass. They do not honor their 15 day grace period any longer on their loans.  They don't charge you a late charge if paid within the 15 days grace, but they harrass you into paying earlier.  It is because so many people are in arrears they think this will correct it.

I am ready to sue these guys. I will gladly parti****te in a class action law suit. You cannot talk to anyone who can help. You cannot get them to stop. My payment in NEVER LATE !! Received a call on my cell, though I am on the "do not call" list. I looked up the number on Google and found this site, indicating it is a telemarketing call and in violation of the "do not call" list.

I get calls on this number for a Melissa DAILY... and on my cell phone no less. So when I do manage to answer it I tell them wrong number and to please remove my number from thier list. Yet everyday I recieve another call.  I'd love to know who to contact to get this fixed!!!

Can we do a class action suit for harrassment? I told the people at gmac I can ask the not to call per FTC guidelines. She said it is computer generated and could not stop it.  Like everyone else I send my payment in when I get paid every month.  Lately, I call them back on the weekdays each time they call and harrassment them. I tie the person up until with superfilous bs until they get made and hang up.  Sometimes,if they hang up on me. I will call their supervisor and file a complaint against the call taker stating that I was discussing my payment and they rudely hung up. I ask them to discipline the employee for this.  Harrassment breed Harrassment.

Same with all of you. I set my grace to 12 days and have never been late. What a joke you are GMAC! I was still in bed when this call came through. If there is a number I don't recognize  (especially on my cell), I immediately look it up on the internet.

I have a mortgage through GMAC also and every once in a while they call my cell phone and if I do not answer they leave no message.  I don't understand why they would call...our mortgage has never been late and it is taken directly from my checking account every month on system.  I never answer anymore and waste my cell phone minutes.

GMAC started calling me from 319-433-1442 also. The have our first mortgage. They used to contact me by email which I didn't mind but them calling is extremely irritating. They called twice today and let the phone ring 4 times. I emailed them when our payment would be made and they still called back. I have call rejection on my phone so I blocked their number so that they can't call back.

It's GMAC calling to let me know my payment is due and I'm about to make an automatic payment.  Dumbest call ever.

They call every month, even though I schedule a payment on the system on the 1st to pay on the 11th.  Can't they tell they have a scheduled payment?  The calls always stop on the payment date.  You'd think they'd at least update their system to track scheduled payments.  At GMAC, there's no "grace" in the grace period.  I just ignore the calls and earn interest on "my money" until it goes through.

I get calls every month from GMAC stating that they haven't received my payment.  I sent them a letter giving them all my payment months and when the payments were made and the last 4 months I have had to certify my payments.  They keep calling me with a voice recording and I keep writing them asking them to have a "real" person call me so we can straighten things out.  I am getting really fed up.  Is there some place we can go to report them so I get some sort of resolve?

I have a loan with GMAC.  Payment is due on the 1st, but not late until the 15th. They call me about once a day starting on the 3rd until payment is received.  If you pick up and hang up on them, they'll keep calling, but if you let it go to voicemail they wont leave a message.

The call came in at 8:51a.m., CDT.  The ID said Loan Servicing so I didn't answer it.  We have a small loan with GMAC, but it's not late!  They left no message.

I keep receiving phone calls from this collection agency or whatever GMAC and they keep asking for someone by the name of Gina.  i have actually spoke to a live person before and told them they have the wrong number and to quit using my cell phone minutes contacting someone who doesn't even own the number they are calling.  Getting very annoyed.
