My experience is different. I always miss the call, but if I call back there is no sound, no dialing, it is immediately picked up. This is my work phone and it drives me insane. I'll check back here to see if there is any formal complaints that have been made successfully.

I just called PAC West and they informed me that the number belongs to a company called Peerless Communications (which seems based in NC, though the calls are coming from CA...?). I looked up their number and left a message on someone's voicemail. This is INSANE! Next step is to email PAC West, because their telephone operator was largely unhelpful.

Contact the owner of the line: PAc West Abuse Line at: Telephone: (800) 511-9048 E-mail: [email protected] This Pac West have a bunch of telemarketing lines they sold and those lines call constantly almost harrasing, so be aware! And the do no call registry website if your cell phone is on the registry as well. The company calling is a telemarketing service offering cell phone service. These things should ba against the law.
