This is a scammer named Bill Smith who says he is the hiring manager for a company called Agrotech Laboratory they will offer you a work from home job and tell you they will supply the equipment. They will send you a check for $2350.00 have you deposit it will have you wait until some of the money is released send it to someone that he calls his vendor for the equipment and you will never receive any equipment. Once the check come back as stolen or bounces back you will be on the hook for it.
