This phone number has been reported for making fraudulent calls, specifically pretending to be from the local county sheriff's department. The caller falsely claimed that the recipient missed jury duty and demanded a $3,000 payment to avoid arrest. This is clearly a deceptive practice, and recipients should be cautious.

My ***her who is 80 years old received a call from this phone number. The person was claiming to be from our local county sheriff's department stating that because he failed to show up for jury duty he was now going to be picked up for a failure to appear unless he paid $3,000 to them right then. Obviously a scam don't fall for it
