Shows up as Alabama on caller ID. When I told them hubby was at work and offered to take a message they said they'd call back later. I selected "spammer" because their later was one hour later (they called twice) No idea who they are or what they want, very rude and ***g up on me. Claimed it was a courtesy call

I called the number back and its a lobbying organization funded by Phillip Morris (The big tobacco company). They did have an opt out procedure that lets you put your number on their do not call list. All you have to do is call the number back and a computer system does it for you.

I tell them my husband is not in, they say they will call back and **** up before I can say anything else. What good does it do to have our number on the national DO NOT CALL list? They may not be selling anything but we still don't want even a political survey calling.
