False charge to credit card

Wanted me to pay a debt that supposedly went to collections for an amount and date that I knew was incorrect. They said if I wanted to dispute it I had to send them a letter.

I DID NOT PICK UP THE ORIG. CALL. CALLED THEM BACK, SAID I HAVE A WALMART DELIVERY AT MY DOOR. WHICH I DID NOT. I HAVE A RING CAMERA. TOLD THE PERSON THEY HAVE THE WRONG #.

I checked on internet and found calling number was a spam in 2022 party named Shawn
