I am of the opinion Main Street Appraisal company is a dishonest company. Please be aware they try to charge your bank multiple times for appraising your property once. They have one appraiser (James Robert McInnis) who seems dishonest. He will****ess your house for less than the actual value. I had a separate appraisal of my dad's property once Mr McInnis had completed his****essment and the second opinion was over $50K more.
