They claimed to be Duke Power and had a heavy Indian accent. I immediately ***g up and called Duke Power itself. They couldn't connect me with a live person because "all" of their offices were closed after 8pm. Scam call.

This call is a recording of a woman’s voice saying that my Lowe’s order is ready for pick up. They even had my correct location but I don’t have anything ordered. I called my local Lowe’s and they don’t have any order either. Lowe’s cybersecurity asked some questions about the call, making a report. Lowe’s said this number is not associated with them and they do not recognize this number.

Got a call from this number at 1045 am. When I answered, there was just silence. I called the number back. I got a recording from Lowes saying that they check up on installation and purchase satisfaction. I had bought something from Lowes. The message said they would call again. I like Lowes well enough, but I really wish they wouldn't call me with a robot message.

I just got that same call this evening and good thing I didnt make it to the phone in time. I thought it strange getting a business call at 7 pm. I could understand solicitor calls, but this? I was able to read the number in my cell phone display but no caller ID so I plugged in the number and got this blog. If it is Lowe's it makes me wonder if they are that desperate as if to shoot themselves in the foot over this over-kill customer service or are they just that out of touch with reality?

This is so annoying to get these calls. I finally decided to google the number and found these posts. I hate having my cell go off when I'm in a meeting or concentrating on work, just to get a call from someone I don't know. What bothers me most is that I have ALREADY responded to several of their calls already on the service following up a week after an installation. How many times do they need to know it's all good? Tell you something, it's the last time I have Lowe's install anything, this follow-up is a bit much in our busy lives.

Same thing, I missed a call from this number. Second time it started ringing when I answered so I hung up. I also used Lowes for an installation job. They called continuously to say items were in, contractor scheduled, remind me contractor was scheduled, how was the job - it got old quick!
