Received a test message stating I owe for a payday loan (don't have one). The balance I owe is 1104.08. If I don't set up payment arrangements by close of buisness today I will be served with a lawsuit-my employer will be notified blah blah blah. Funny how others that have left information has a balance exactly like "mine" yeah no...not responding at all.
They said I had an outstanding balance of 1104.08. They offered me a one-time settlement that had to be paid today. If I did not respond, they would file a lawsuit, take me to court, and garnish my wages. They also said they had my routing numbers, phone numbers, and bank information.
