After multiple emails and text messages I got the phone call about a claim needing to be filed on the vehicle that I rented in January. Said that it had a cracked windshield and rock damage in the front. None of that is true. After searching for enterprise scams it’s very popular it seems for these people to call after you rent your vehicle. Which means enterprise is handing out information to anyone I guess. But it is definitely a scam because I called enterprise and there is no claim against the vehicle that I drove nor did it have a cracked windshield when I dropped it off.
