Proceeds to tell me they have important documents I need to sign and they will arrive between 3-5pm Friday, when I call the call back number different times I get a Scott who works for 5 other companies.

Stating he needed to contact me in order to have me sign for credit field mail. Than stated he would come by my home as work on Friday between 3-5 but then goes on to tell me he is off on Friday as well.
