Well the some how got into my spark account and from there got into my one account they knew wat was going on. They was talking about they had to do a spark check to make sure ***ody was using my account then they finished there check n from there they took my money out of my one account

He asked when I would be home because he had legal do***ents to serve me. Said it was a Civil Suit. I'm not involved with anything that would cause a legal action & when I asked who it was from he put me on hold to get a 'superior' then the line disconnected. Definitely a scam.

To contact them for a civil suit being filed a***nst me. Gave a case number and 877 phone number.

Saying do***ents were return due to a civil matter and criminal charges will be pending in our county court. Trying to reach someone other than me.
