This number is not spam, despite all the comments that say it is. I just talked with a Redstone FCU advisor in person at a location on Redstone ****nal and she said an Omaha number will call you if your card is about to be blocked due to an unauthorized transaction. I understand the hesitation on not wanting to answer because it's not a 256 number, but it is legitimate.

Woman who sounded like she had a thick Asian accent said she was calling from the bank. Asked about purchases over past few days. Then said she would "refreshen" the card. When asked what that meant, she said the card had been flagged as****ential fraudulent use and would have been frozen within a couple of days if the purchases hadn't been verified.

I too have a visa issued by my credit union and this number "is calling from the ***nds action review department...". Called me last night and this morning. Seemed fishy to me so I called my verified visa fraud department number. She said I had no fraudulent transactions. So this number is fishing for information. Don't call back!

Called 2 times last month and a couple this month. My bank has no idea about it. It's a scam that does not want to go away. Oh, it's out of Omaha Ne***ska.
(402) 609-5706
This number has called two previous times. Then the caller ID said telemarketer. The third time it said Fiserv. I've let it go to voice-mail all three times. They're calling from the Grand Nation review department on behalf of (unintelligible) about a recent debit card transaction. My bank is local. There is no national ***nch that would call me.

It is a computerized message, which did know my name, but claims to be a credit card verification service. They leave an 800 number to call back to verify the transaction. I did not call because it is a phishing scam for bank information.

States it is a transaction verification for your credit or debit card with Legacy Texas Bank and gives you an 800 number to call back and verify. The 800 number asks for your card number which us a spam red flag. I spoke to Legacy Texas Bank corporate and they said their verification service does not ask for your card number or social security number to verify transactions.
